杂环类分散彩蓝B染料色光鲜艳、发色强度高、色牢度好,是涤纶织物染色常用的分散染料。但这类染料应用时也存在一些问题,例如分子结构中的—N较易被还原物质还原,影响色泽和色牢度;其次,其分子质量较大,容易凝聚,染色过程中易产生色花、色点等染疵,而且很难修色。针对分散彩蓝B染料的特殊性,开发了分散彩蓝匀染剂TF-213HA。TF-213HA对分散彩蓝染料有很好的高温分散性、移染性及匀染性能,并与普通涤纶匀染剂进行对比,全面评价各项应用性能。

Heterocyclic Disperse Blue B dyes have bright color,high color strength and good fastness.It is a com-monl disperse dyes for polyester fabric dyeing.However,there are some problems in the application of these dyes.For example,the-N in its molecular structure is easy to be reduced by reducing substances,which affects the color and fastness.Secondly,large molecular weight makes it easy to agglomerate and produce stains,color spots and other dyeing defects during the dyeing process,which is difficult to repair the color.Considering the particularity of Disperse Blue B dyes,the disperse blue levelling agent TF-213HA was developed.TF-213HA has good high temperature dispersibility,migration and leveling performance for disperse blue dyes.TF-213HA was compared with the ordinary polyester levelling agent to comprehensively evaluate the application performance.
