摘要
以双翅目摇蚊科摇蚊亚科的14属23种物种为研究对象採用Automatic Barcode Gap Discovery(AB-GD)和邻接法(neighbor-joining,NJ)对所获取的116条DNA条形码进行分析,探究DNA条形码在摇蚊亚科物种界定的有效性.结果表明:基于ABGD的分析.显示物种遗传距离之间存在"DNA barcode gap";通过分析邻接树,得到23个分子分类操作单元(molecular operational taxonomic unit,mOTU),与形态学鉴定结果一致.因此证明DNA条形码能准确界定摇蚊亚科物种.本研究在一定程度上补充了中国摇蚊科DNA条形码研究,也为摇蚊科DNA条形码数据库的构建和完善提供了数据支持.
DNA barcoding have been successful in rapid and accurate for delimiting Chironomidae insect species,but the study of DNA barcodes is relative poor in China.In order to explore the utility of DNA barcoding in species delimitation of Chironominae,the research analyzed 116 DNA barcodes collected the 14 genus 23 species of Chironominae species by ABGD(Automatic Barcode Gap Discovery)and NJ(neighborjoining).The result showed that ABGD analysed genetic distance,existed"DNA barcode gap".The NJ tree supported 23 molecular operational taxonomic units,and keep conformed to morphological identification.Our result is an important supplement for the Chinese DNA barcodes study of Chironominae,and provide data support for establishing and perfecting the Chinese DNA barcodes database of Chironominae.
