"枫桥警务"是公安机关坚持党的群众路线,坚持和发展新时代"枫桥经验",有效化解各类基层社会矛盾纠纷,维护社会稳定,优化公安服务的方式方法。"枫桥警务"的五个评估维度是:"党建统领""民意引领""矛盾化解""平安建设""服务群众"。"枫桥警务"评估工作是一个系统性工程,既有能够直接反映工作成效的结果性指标,也有推动基层公安派出所建设的过程性指标。综合吸收借鉴公安实务做法和相关理论成果,做到定性与定量相结合,用隶属度分析和专家访谈法进行优化修正,形成了"枫桥警务"评估指标体系,以期为全国各地的"枫桥警务"评估实践提供一个参考工具。

"Fengqiao policing"is the"Fengqiao experience"in the new era which is the result of public security organs adhering to the party’s mass line and developing"Fengqiao ways",it effectively resolved all kinds of grass-roots social contradictions and disputes,maintain social stability and optimize public security services.The five evaluation dimensions of"Fengqiao Policing":"party construction leading","public opinion guidance","conflict resolution","safe construction"and"serving the masses".The work of evaluating"Fengqiao Policing"is a systematic project,there are outcome indicators that can reflect the effectiveness of work,there are also process indicators to promote the construction of grass-roots public security,Comprehensively absorb and learn from the practice of public security and relevant theoretical achievements,and achieve the combination of qualitative and quantitative,subordination analysis and expert interview were optimized and revised,to form"Fengqiao policing"evaluation index system,in order to provide a reference for"Fengqiao policing"evaluation practice all over the country.
