摘要 为了解决失能或半失能老人居家养老时的压疮、擦洗、按摩等护理问题,设计并实现了一种基于STM32F429的多模态翻身护理床控制系统。首先对翻身机械结构原理、运动学和动力学进行分析以验证方案的可行性;然后对控制器硬件电路进行设计,实现系统供电、电动推杆驱动、光电限位和无线控制等功能;再采用C语言为编程语言,MDK为开发环境编写下位机控制程序;最后采用ESP8266作为手持遥控器的无线通信模块,与护理床控制器进行通讯,通过触摸屏和按键向下位机发送"ZFS"或者"ZFX"等指令,实现左(右)翻身、左(右)背部护理和左(右)腰部护理6种模态功能。实验结果表明,关键部件最大应力都小于屈服力,位移量偏小,翻身功能平均成功率为98.2%。该系统使用简单、运行稳定,可明显改善居家环境下对老人的护理效果及其健康状况。 In order to solve the nursing problems of pressure sores,scrubbing,massage and so on,a multi-mode turn-over nursing bed control system based on stm32f429 was designed and implemented.Firstly,the mechanism principle,kinematics and dynamics of the turnover mechanism are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Secondly,the hardware circuit of the controller is designed to realize the functions of system power supply,electric push rod drive,photoelectric limit and wireless control.Then,C language is used as the programming language and MDK is used as the development environment to write the lower computer control program.Finally,ESP8266 is used as the wireless communication module of the handheld remote controller to communicate with the nursing bed controller,and send“ZFS”or“ZFX”instructions to the lower computer through the touch screen and keys,so as to realize the six modal functions of left(right)roll up,left(right)back care and left(right)waist care.The experimental results show that the maximum stress of the key parts is less than the yield force,the displacement is small,and the average success rate of turning function is 98.2%.The system is simple to use,has stable operation,and can significantly improve the nursing effect and health status of the elderly in the home environment.
