摘要
组蛋白去乙酰化酶3(HDAC3)是一种表观遗传蛋白,通过抑制组蛋白和非组蛋白的乙酰化调节基因表达。HDAC3在人体组织和细胞中广泛表达,近年来研究发现,HDAC3在多种类型免疫细胞的发育、分化和功能发挥中具有重要调控作用。此文针对HDAC3敲除对淋巴细胞、固有免疫细胞发育和功能的影响进行综述。
Histone deacetylase 3(HDAC3)is an epigenectic protein,which regulates gene expression by repressing acetylation of histones and non-histones.HDAC3 is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues and cells,and it was found to play an important role in development,differentiation and function of several immune cells in recent years.In this article,we summarized the effects of HDAC3 deletion on the development and function of lymphocytes and innate immune cells.
