新工科背景下学科交叉课程的教学改革初探——以轻化工程专业课《印刷工艺学》为例

摘要 以轻化工程专业的学科交叉课程《印刷工艺学》为例,探讨了在新工科背景下学科交叉课程的教学改革方案。在教学内容上,增加纸张材料方面的比重,并增加国内外造纸印刷技术前沿内容;在教学方法上,课堂上采用多种教学手段相结合,增加讨论课、学生自主讲授环节,邀请企业人员进课堂,课外则将虚拟仿真与实践教学相结合,激发学生兴趣,提高课程效果。 Taking printing technology as an example,this paper discusses the teaching reform plan of the interdisciplinary course under the background of new engineering.In the teaching content,increase the proportion of paper material,and increase the domestic and foreign papermaking and printing technology frontier content.In terms of teaching methods,a variety of teaching methods are combined in the classroom.Discussion classes are added and enterprise staff are invited to the classroom.After class,virtual simulation and practical teaching are combined to stimulate students'interest and improve the course effect.
