摘要
百万扩招背景下,高职院校生源多元化、基础差异化的客观现实进一步加剧,传统的教学模式越来越不能满足目前的教育状况。改变传统的教学模式,探讨基于混合式学习的分层教学模式非常具有必要性。文章以高职专业基础类课程《电工技术》为例,从分析学习者特征及其学习需求出发,优化课程标准,改革教学实施体系,提升人才培养质量等多个方面,分析和说明这一教学模式的探索和实践过程,从而化解百万扩招给高职教育带来的挑战,推进职业教育人才培养质量的快速提升。
under the background of one million enrollment expansion,the objective reality of diversification of students and foundation differentiation in higher vocational colleges has further intensified,and the traditional teaching mode can not meet the current education situation.It is necessary to change the traditional teaching mode and explore the hierarchical teaching mode based on blended learning.Taking the electrical technology as an example,this paper analyzes and explains the exploration and practice process of this teaching mode from four aspects:analyzing the characteristics of learners and their learning needs,optimizing the curriculum standards,reforming the teaching implementation system,and innovating the diversified teaching evaluation system,so as to resolve the challenges brought by the million enrollment expansion to higher vocational education and promote vocational educators The rapid improvement of training quality.
