新建本科院校二级学院“四位一体”教学管理机制的研究

Research on the teaching management mechanism of "four-in-one" in the secondary colleges of newly-built undergraduate colleges

本研究在调研新建本科院校二级学院教学管理现状的基础上,分析总结存在问题。根据二级学院教学管理内容充分利用PDCA循环模式构建“计划决策—执行实施—检查反馈—处理提高”规范化的“四位一体”教学管理闭环机制,对提高新建本科高校二级学院教学管理和教学质量具有重要意义。

Based on the investigation of the current situation of teaching management in the secondary colleges of newly-built undergraduate colleges,the existing problems are analyzed and summarized in this study.According to the teaching management content of the secondary colleges,the standardized"four-in-one"teaching management closed-loop mechanism of"plan and decision,do and implement,check and feedback,action and improvement"is constructed by the PDCA cycle mode.It has great significance to improve the teaching management and teaching quality of the secondary colleges in newly-built undergraduate colleges.
