舒肝定志汤联合二甲双胍预防精神分裂症患者口服奥氮平后糖脂代谢紊乱的效果研究

Study on the effect of Shugan Dingzhi Decoction combined with metformin in preventing glucose and lipid metabolism disorder in schizophrenia patients after oral olanzapine

目的:探讨并研究为口服奥氮平的精神分裂症患者应用舒肝定志汤联合二甲双胍预防其发生糖脂代谢紊乱的效果。方法:选择南京市佑安医院收治的56例口服奥氮平进行治疗的精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组。在两组患者口服奥氮平期间,用二甲双胍对对照组患者进行治疗,用舒肝定志汤联合二甲双胍对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的糖代谢指标及脂代谢指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖(FBS)和餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平均低于对照组患者,其血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用舒肝定志汤联合二甲双胍对口服奥氮平的精神分裂症进行治疗能预防其发生糖脂代谢紊乱。

Objective:To explore and study the effect of shuganDingzhi Decoction combined with metformin on preventing glucolipid metabolism disorder in schizophrenia patients taking olanzapine orally.Methods:56 patients with schizophrenia treated with oral olanzapine were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.During the oral administration of olanzapine in both groups,patients in the control group were treated with metformin,and patients in the observation group were treated with ShuganDingzhi Decoction combined with metformin,and then the indexes of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBS)and 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)in observation group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugandingzhi decoction combined with metformin can prevent the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in schizophrenia treated with oral olanzapine.
