摘要
传统职业指导大多关注的是职业成长和职业选择,很少关注职业指导和咨询的问题,为此提出了基于大数据的智能创业就业指导系统。系统可根据用户需求在系统数据库中搜索匹配的指导信息,并利用数据挖掘技术、改进的协同过滤推荐算法、专家系统为用户进行针对性的就业指导。在实验环节,设计了对不同学生的选择因素进行评分与推荐的仿真场景,并将所提方法与传统推荐算法进行相比,这种方法的推荐准确率有所提升。进一步验证了所提创业就业指导系统的有效性。
Traditional career guidance focuses on career growth and career choice,but little on career guidance and consultation.This paper proposes an intelligent entrepreneurship employment guidance system based on big data.The system can search the matching guidance information in the system database according to the users’needs,and makes use of data mining technology,improved collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and expert system to provide targeted employment guidance for users.In the experiment,we design a simulation scene to score and recommend different students’selection factors.Compared with the traditional recommendation algorithm,the proposed method has improved the accuracy of recommendation.Furthermore,it verifies the effectiveness of the entrepreneurship and employment guidance system proposed in this paper.
