摘要
以AVL650e机床为例开展了四轴立式加工中心后置处理研究。针对其实际机床结构及特殊代码格式,应用IMSpost软件开发了专用后处理文件,将刀位源文件转换成数控机床可以识别的NC加工代码。以维纳斯零件为载体,应用VERICUT软件进行仿真加工,解决无碰撞、过切、少切等问题。经生产验证,该方案切实可行,对同类多轴数控加工设备的后处理开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking AVL650e machine tool as an example,the post-processing of four-axis vertical machining center is studied.According to the actual machine structure and special code format,a special post-processing file is developed by using IMSpost software,which converts the cutter location source file into NC machining code that can be recognized by CNC machine tools.Taking Venus parts as the carrier,the VERICUT software is used to complete simulation processing,the results do no exist collision,over cut,less cut and other issues.The scheme is proved to be feasible by production,which can be used for reference in the post-processing development of similar multi-axis CNC machining equipment.
