摘要
针对医院之间的协作管理问题,提出了基于协同熵的多层次医院管理模型。该模型从协同管理的角度对医院管理进行了分析,将传统的定性分析转化为定量值,将各医疗机构层级和医疗工作阶段的重要参数与熵值结果进行比较,从而可以更好地计算各个要素的整体协调性和协同效率。该模型利用三角模糊函数确定了各医院管理要素的重要度参数,并结合医院管理要素协同熵评价的结果,得出各要素的综合协同计算结果,从而确保结果的客观性。通过对多层级医院管理协同研究的分析,论证了医院管理协同熵质量度量模型的科学性和有效性。
For collaboration among hospital management problems,this paper puts forward a multi-level hospital management model based on collaborative entropy Triangular Fuzzy Number,the model of hospital management is analyzed from the perspective of collaborative management.The use of the model will change the traditional qualitative analysis to quantitative values.For all levels of medical institutions and medical work stage,the important parameters will be compared with their entropy results,which can be better to calculate the overall coordination and collaboration of all the elements of efficiency.The model uses the triangular fuzzy function to determine the important degree parameters of each hospital management element,and combines the results of the collaborative entropy evaluation of each hospital management element to obtain the comprehensive collaborative computing results of each element,so as to ensure the objectivity of the results.Through the analysis of the collaborative study of multi-level hospital management,the scientific and effective quality measurement model of collaborative entropy of hospital management is demonstrated.
