微合金化制备高强高韧抗震钢筋的研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对化学成分的设计和对电炉冶炼、LF钢包精炼、连铸和热轧过程的严格控制,制备了钢筋线材试样;分析了各试样的力学性能和代表性1#试样的微观组织。结果表明,V-Nb-Mo微合金化试样的力学性能明显优于普通试样,屈服强度超过600 MPa;1#试样横截面珠光体为片层状且占比90%以上,铁素体上有碳化物组织析出,有利于增强材料的力学性能。 The samples of wire rod were prepared by designing chemical composition,controlling the process of electric furnace smelting,LF ladle refining,continuous casting and hot rolling.The mechanical properties of samples and the microstructure of 1^(#) sample were analyzed.The results showed that the mechanical properties of v-nb-mo microalloyed samples were obviously better than other samples.The yield strength exceeded 600 MPa,the pearlite of 1^(#) sample was lamellar and accounts for more than 90%,carbide structure precipitates from the ferrite.
