摘要
粘土湿型砂作为现阶段主要的铸铁件生产手段,在铸造中占主要的地位,但由于粘土湿型砂自身的缺点:砂型强度、硬度低,韧性不高,发气量大等,会对铸件产生诸多铸造缺陷,主要分析了砂眼、粘砂、夹砂、气孔的形成原因及解决措施。通过一系列的解决措施,严格把控原材料质量、执行铸造工艺以及过程控制,废品率由原来的8%左右降为4%~5%,大大节约了成本,创造了很好的经济效益,在各主机厂赢得了良好的口碑。
As the main iron casting production method at this stage,clay green sand occupies a major position in casting industry.However,due to the shortcomings of clay green sand:low strength,low hardness,bad toughness,large gas evolution,etc.,it will cause a lot of defects.This paper mainly analyzed causes and solutions of the casting defects,such as sand holes,sand sticking,sand inclusions,and pores.By a series of solution measures,strictly controlled the quality of raw materials,sticked to the casting process and process control,the scrap rate has been reduced from about 8%to 4%to 5%,which largely saves costs and creates good economic benefits,and has won a good reputation in various OEMs.
