摘要
从师生互动视角分析本科高校教学质量学生满意度的影响因素,利用统计分析法探究了本科高校师生互动对教学质量学生满意度的影响。结果显示,目前本科高校师生互动整体状况一般,学生的教学质量满意度处于"一般"偏"满意"的状态;排除了性别、年级、专业的混杂干扰后,师生互动意愿、课堂师生互动、课外师生互动对教学质量学生满意度具有显著正向影响,教师教学方法对教学质量满意度具有显著负向影响。本科高校既要采用多元化授课模式提升课堂师生互动质量,又要畅通师生互动渠道提高课外师生互动效果,同时激励教师不断更新教学方法,提升教学效果,更好地提高本科高校教学质量学生满意度。
From the perspective of teacher-student interaction,it is of great practical significance to analyze the influencing factors of students’satisfaction with teaching quality in colleges and universities in China.This study uses statistical analysis to explore the impact of teacher-student interaction on teaching quality and student satisfaction.The results show that,at present,the overall situation of teacher-student interaction in colleges and universities is general,and students’satisfaction with teaching quality is in the state of"general"and"satisfaction";after eliminating the mixed interference of gender,grade and specialty,the willingness of teacher-student interaction,classroom teacher-student interaction,and extracurricular teacher-student interaction have a significant positive impact on students’satisfaction with teaching quality,and teachers’teaching methods have a satisfactory effect on teaching quality.The degree of intention has a significant negative effect.Therefore,colleges and universities should not only adopt diversified teaching mode to improve the quality of classroom teacher-student interaction,but also smooth the channels of teacher-student interaction to improve the effect of extracurricular teacher-student interaction.At the same time,teachers should be encouraged to constantly update teaching methods to improve teaching effect,so as to better improve the teaching quality and student satisfaction.
