Joint design can effectively solve the design difficulties of complex information equipment with strong comprehensiveness,high knowledge density and wide range of cooperation.Multi-participating units combine intelligence and complement each other.It is an effective way to optimize equipment design resources and promote the scientific development of equipment.Based on the joint design of information equipment,this article first analyzes the necessity of joint design,and focuses on the management requirements of the overall unit and each participating unit in the joint design,and then decomposes the design tasks,design team formation,management mechanism measures and measures.The design environment support and other aspects put forward management suggestions,and explore the management methods and management modes of complex equipment design.
