Refining and chemical engineering construction projects need to use a variety of complex construction technologies,the investment cost is high,and there are high risks,so how to choose an effective project management mode has become an important focus of management work.At present,the project management system of domestic refining and chemical projects is not operating properly,and advanced management concepts are not adopted.This article analyzes the selection and implementation strategies of the construction management mode of PetroChina's refining and chemical projects in order to provide an effective reference for the construction of refining and chemical projects.
