销售是目前市场上极其重要的一个岗位,各行各业均离不开销售人员,如何调动销售人员的工作积极性,成为了企业所需要注重的重要内容。销售管理工作可以对销售人员实施有效管理,要想激发销售人员的主观能动性,需要在销售管理过程中重点实施激励措施。本文分析了激励的概念,探讨了激励原则以及激励措施,以期能够为销售管理工作的开展提供有效参考。
