摘要
将挣值法与AHP方法进行组合来分析工程项目的成本及进度管理。首先,介绍工程项目成本及进度管理的理论基础及方法;其次,运用挣值法分析工程项目的成本及进度管理,并运用AHP方法找出影响工程项目成本及进度的关键影响因素;最后,针对关键影响因素采取纠偏措施调整项目进度及成本偏差。
This paper is combining the earned value method and AHP method to analyze the cost and schedule management of engineering projects.Firstly,This paper is introducing the theoretical basis and methods of project cost and schedule management;secondly,This paper is using earned value method to analyze the cost and schedule management of the project,and using the AHP method to find out the key factors affecting the cost and schedule of the project;finally,This paper is focusing on the key influencing factors adopt corrective measures to adjust the project schedule and cost deviation.
