摘要
泡沫沥青是一种新型材料,在高温沥青内加入水气形成汽泡从而产生连锁反应,显著提升黏合性能,其可长时间存贮、迅速碾压成型,对于加快通车时间、缩短施工工期、降低路面施工成本具有关键意义。本文首先分析了我国高速公路发展现状,明确了高速公路改扩建工程的不断增多与筑路材料逐渐收紧的情况,其后详细探讨了泡沫沥青冷再生技术原理与优势,最后围绕工程案例具体阐述了泡沫沥青冷再生技术在高速公路改扩建工程中的应用,以期可供参考。
Foamed asphalt is a new type of material.Water vapor is added to the high-temperature asphalt to form bubbles to produce a chain reaction,which significantly improves the adhesion performance.It can be stored for a long time and quickly rolled to form.,It is of key significance to reduce the cost of pavement construction.This article first analyzes the current situation of highway development in my country,clarifies the increasing number of highway reconstruction and expansion projects and the gradual tightening of road construction materials,and then discusses in detail the principles and advantages of foamed asphalt cold recycling technology,and finally elaborates on the engineering case.The application of foamed asphalt cold recycling technology in the reconstruction and expansion of expressway is expected to be a reference.
