Industrialization Test of New Type Coal Water Slurry Additives and Grey Water Dispersant

煤浆添加剂是制备高浓度水煤浆的重要因素之一,适宜的添加剂能使煤粒表面形成一层很薄添加剂分子和水化膜,使之容易相对运动提高流动性。灰水处理中需添加阻垢分散剂以减缓灰水结垢对生产的影响,减少污水排放提高灰水的重复利用率。本文主要对新型水煤浆添加剂、灰水分散剂的工业化实验进行了研究。

Coal slurry additives are one of the important factors for the preparation of high-concentration coal water slurry.Suitable additives can form a thin layer of additive molecules and hydration film on the surface of coal particles,making it easy to move relatively and improve fluidity.It is necessary to add a scale inhibitor and dispersant in the gray water treatment to slow down the impact of gray water scaling on production,reduce sewage discharge and increase the reuse rate of gray water.This article mainly studies the industrialization experiments of new coal-water slurry additives and ash-water dispersants.
