摘要
BIM技术是施工企业降本增效,提高技术和管理水平的有效手段。本文对建筑行业BIM技术的应用现状以及主要的应用场景进行了总结。在此基础上,选取42个建筑行业典型的BIM应用案例,对其BIM技术投入和产出价值进行分析,给出BIM投资回报率(ROI)的计算方法以及相关参数的估算框架,并依据北京市某BIM项目的调研数据计算其投资回报率进行验证。为施工企业进行BIM技术决策提供参考依据,使BIM技术更好的服务于建筑行业。
BIM is an effective method for construction enterprises to reduce cost and increase efficiency,as well as improve technology and management level.In this paper,the application of BIM in the construction industry and the main application of the scene were summarized.On this basis,42 typical BIM application cases in the construction industry were selected.Meanwhile,the input and the output value of BIM were analyzed.The calculation method of return on investment(ROI)and the estimation frame of relevant parameters were given.Based on the survey data of a BIM project in Beijing,the return on investment was calculated and verified.It provides a reference for the application of BIM in construction enterprises and makes BIM better serve the construction enterprises.
