基于ZigBee技术的窖池固态发酵温度实时监测系统 被引量:4

摘要 目前国内外窖池固态发酵的温度监测采用的是传统的人工监测方式,其操作简单但是工作量大、成本高,并且记录的数据还需要进行后期处理。针对这种方式的不足,提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的窖池固态发酵温度实时监测系统。该系统以CC2530F256为主控芯片,利用主控芯片内部的AD模块读取PT1000温度传感器经过信号调理电路所得的电压值,然后使用MODBUS-RTU通讯协议通过RS485总线将存储在协调器中的数据上传到上位机进行工控机端和移动端的实时显示以及数据存储,绘制历史趋势曲线。通过实地测试得到的结果表明,该系统的稳定性好,实时性强,数据的平均误差在0.5℃以内,同时终端设备也实现了低功耗,续航能力强的目标,整个系统满足实际使用的需求。 At present,the temperature monitoring of solid-state fermentation in pits is mainly by traditional manual monitoring method,which is simple to operate,but has heavy workload and high cost,and the recorded data needs to be processed later.In view of the shortcomings of this method,a real-time temperature monitoring system for solid-state fermentation in pits based on ZigBee technology is proposed.The system adopts CC2530F256 as the main control chip,uses the AD module in the main control chip to read the voltage value of PT1000 temperature sensor through the signal conditioning circuit,and then uses MODBUS-RTU communication protocol to upload the data stored in the coordinator to the master computer through RS485 bus for real-time display,data storage,and historical trend curve display at the IPC terminal and the mobile terminal.The results obtained through field tests show that the system has good stability,strong real-time performance,and the average error of the data is within 0.5℃.At the same time,the terminal equipment achieves the goals of low power consumption and strong endurance.The entire system meets the needs of actual use.
