摘要
人类饮酒的习惯由来已久,饮酒与人体健康的关系一直存在争议,过量饮酒和酒精中毒已成为全世界一项公共卫生问题。为了减少酒精对人的危害,近年来科学家们研究了具有解酒作用的食物、药物及其他相关制品。本文主要综述了解酒食物、药物及其他制品的研究进展。
Human consumption of alcohol has a very long history.While the relationship between alcohol and health is still controversial,hangover has become a public health issue all over the world.In order to reduce the harm of alcohol,researchers have studied foods,drugs and other products with antihangover effect.This paper systematically reviews the research progress in the foods,drugs and other products with antihangover effect.
