随着人民生活水平的进步和提升,对医疗卫生服务的需求程度也逐渐提升,多样化的医疗服务形式已经成为当前医院发展实践中不容忽视的问题。在医院管理实践中,面对全新的发展形势,必须充分意识到其中存在的关键问题,然后结合公立医院自身实际情况,制定切实可行的解决方案。尤其是在绩效薪酬制度管理方面,公立医院更应该具备良好的创新改革精神,以医院自身长远发展为导向,切实提升绩效薪酬管理水平,使其与当前的医疗服务发展形势相适应,同时最大限度地发挥岗位特色,激发工作人员的潜力。文章立足新的发展趋势,深入分析了当前公立医院在绩效薪酬改革方面存在的实际问题,较为详细地阐述了公立医院绩效薪酬制度改革原则及措施,以供相关单位参考。
With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for medical and health services has gradually improved.Diversified forms of medical services have become an issue that cannot be ignored in the current hospital development practice.In the practice of hospital management,facing the new development situation,we must be fully aware of the key problems,and then combine the actual situation of public hospitals to formulate practical solutions.Especially in terms of performance-based compensation system management,public hospitals should have a good spirit of innovation and reform,and be guided by the long-term development of the hospital,and effectively improve the performance-based compensation management level,so that it can adapt to the current medical service development situation,while maximizing job characteristics and stimulating the potential of staff.Based on the new development trend,the article deeply analyzes the actual problems existing in the current public hospitals'performance-based compensation reform,and elaborates the principles and measures of the public hospital's performance-based compensation system reform in more detail for reference by related units.
