心肌梗死存活患者中采取康复干预的效果及对肢体功能的影响

Study on the Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise in Surviving Patients with Myocardial Infarction and its Influence on Limb Function

目的:探讨康复锻炼在心肌梗死存活患者中的护理效果及对肢体功能的影响。方法:选择2019年7月—2020年8月平顶山市第一人民医院进行心肌梗死介入术治疗的心肌梗死患者84例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在其基础上进行康复干预。比较护理后两组生活质量、肢体功能及日常生活能力、并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理后生理功能领域、社会功能领域、心理功能领域以及物质生活状态领域各方面的评分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后上肢功能、下肢功能各评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出现心力衰竭、呼吸困难、上肢血肿、血压波动并发症总发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的26.19%(P<0.05)。结论:将康复锻炼用在心肌梗死存活患者中效果显著,有效提高患者生活质量,改善患者肢体功能,有效减少并发症的发生,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation exercises in surviving patients with myocardial infarction and its in-fluence on limb function.Methods:A total of 84 patients with myocardial infarction who were treated from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing exercise intervention on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,limb function,ability of daily living,and prognosis were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results:The scores of the observation group in the areas of physiological function,social function,psychological function and material life state after nursing were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the upper limb function,lower limb function and Barthel index in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of arrhythmia,dyspnea,upper limb hematoma,heart failure,and stent thrombosis in the observa-tion group was 4.76%,lower than 26.19%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation exercises are effective in sur-viving patients with myocardial infarction,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve the function of pa-tients limbs,and improve the ability of daily living of patients.In addition,it can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and is worthy of popularization and application.
