聚焦心理护理模式联合专科护理在改善青年女性面部烧伤患者预后中的作用研究

Effect of Psychological Focused Nursing Mode Combined with Specialized Nursing in Improving the Prognosis of Young Female Patients with Facial Burns

目的:探究对青年女性面部烧伤患者实施聚焦心理护理模式联合专科护理的效果。方法:随机将2016年6月—2019年6月佛山市南海区人民医院120例青年女性面部烧伤患者分为对照组(55例,施行常规护理)和观察组(65例,施行聚焦心理护理模式联合专科护理)。对比两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、应对方式评分、生活质量评分、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理后积极应对评分较对照组更高,且消极应对评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率(96.92%)高于对照组(81.82%)(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(98.46%)较对照组(83.64%)更高(P<0.05)。结论:对青年女性面部烧伤患者实施聚焦心理护理模式联合专科护理有助于改善其焦虑及抑郁情绪,改变其应对方式,提升其整体生活质量,患者满意度更高。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological focused nursing combined with specialized nursing of young female patients with facial burns.Methods:120 young female patients with facial burns in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group(55 cases,routine nursing) and observation group(65 cases,psychological focused nursing mode combined with specialized nursing).The anxiety score,depression score,coping style score,quality of life score,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group,(P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group(96.92%) was higher than that of the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(98.46%) was higher than that of the control group(83.64%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological focused nursing mode combined with specialized nursing for young female patients with facial burns can help to improve their anxiety and depression,change their coping styles,improve their overall quality of life,and have higher patient satisfaction.
