行为护理对急诊心肺复苏患者心房颤动的预防作用

Preventive Effect of Behavior Nursing on Atrial Fibrillation in Emergency Patients with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的:探讨行为护理对急诊心肺复苏患者心房颤动的预防作用。方法:回顾性分析,将驻马店市中心医院2017年1月—2018年1月接受常规护理的46例心肺复苏患者临床资料纳入对照组;将驻马店中心医院2018年2月—2019年2月接受行为护理的47例心肺复苏患者临床资料纳入观察组。比较两组围术期指标、超声心动图指标、心房颤动发生情况。结果:观察组术后ICU停留时间、术后呼吸机辅助时间、体外循环时间及主动脉阻断时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义;术后6个月,两组射血分数差异无统计学意义,观察组心胸比值较对照组低,差异有统计学意义;干预后,观察组心房颤动发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:在急诊心肺复苏患者中应用行为护理模式有助于患者术后恢复,对患者心功能改善有促进作用,可有效预防心房颤动发生。

Objective:To explore the preventive effect of behavioral nursing on atrial fibrillation in emergency patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:The clinical data of 46 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation who received routine nursing in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were included in the control group.The clinical data of 47 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation who received behavioral nursing in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were included in the observation group.The indexes of perioperative period,echocardiography and atrial fi brillation were compared between the two groups.Results:The ICU stay time,ventilator assisted time,cardiopulmonary bypass time and aortic clamping time in the ob-servation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference.6 months after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in ejection fraction between the two groups.The cardiothoracic ratio of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference.After intervention,the incidence of atrial fibrillation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The application of behavior nursing mode in emergency patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation is helpful for postoperative recovery,which can promote the improvement of cardiac function and can effectively prevent the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.
