个性化护理对混合痔手术患者术后疼痛的改善作用分析

Effect of Individualized Nursing on Improving Postoperative Pain of Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨个性化护理对混合痔手术患者术后疼痛的改善作用。方法:选取广州市第十二人民医院2018年1月—2019年12月接收混合痔患者70例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各35例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理模式基础上使用个性化护理。对比两组患者术后疼痛、术后排尿排便时间、伤口愈合时间以及患者满意度情况。结果:观察组术后疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组首次排便时间(43.36±3.24)h、排尿时间(5.24±2.13)h,伤口愈合时间(9.28±2.84)d,短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(97.14%vs85.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理可以改善患者术后疼痛,缩短首次排便排尿时间,促进创面愈合,提升患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing on improving postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group was given individualized nursing on the basis of routine nursing mode.The patients’satisfaction,defecation time and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first defecation time in the observation group was(43.36±3.24)h,the urination time was(5.24±2.13)h,the wound healing time was(9.28±2.84)d,which were shorter than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(97.14%vs85.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can improve postoperative pain,shorten the time of first defecation and urination,promote wound healing and improve patients’satisfaction.
