裸花紫珠治疗慢性盆腔炎的网络药理学研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:运用网络药理学预测裸花紫珠治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPID)的潜在作用机制。方法:基于文献检索裸花紫珠化学成分,运用SwissADME平台根据GI吸收及类药性筛选主要活性成分,并借助Swiss Target Prediction平台预测成分靶点。在GeneCards、OMIM数据库检索慢性盆腔炎的相关靶点,将裸花紫珠的预测靶点与慢性盆腔炎相关靶点相映射得到共同靶点。应用Cytoscape3.7.2软件构建药物-活性成分-共同靶点网络。将药物成分与疾病的共同靶点导入String平台构建PPI网络,并借助Cytoscape3.7.2软件进行可视化。最后Matescape平台进行GO、KEGG通路分析。结果:裸花紫珠治疗CPID的核心成分可能为槲皮素、木犀草素、芹菜素等,核心靶点可能为AKT1、TNF、PTGS2、ESR1等,相关通路涉及PI3K-Akt、IL-17、NF-kappaB等信号通路。结论:裸花紫珠治疗CPID具有多成分、多靶点、多通路的特点,其主要生物学机制可能与PI3K-Akt、IL-17、NF-kappaB等信号通路有关。 Objective: To predict the potential mechanism of Callicarpa nudiflora in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease(CPID) with network pharmacology. Methods: Based on literature retrieval of chemical constituents of Callicarpa nudiflora, SwissADME platform was used to select the main active components according to GI absorption and druglikeness, and the composition target was predicted with SwissTargetPrediction platform. The related targets of chronic pelvic inflammation disease were searched in GeneCards and OMIM databases, and the predicted targets of Callicarpa nudiflora were mapped to the common targets. And the drug-component-target network was constructed by Cytoscape 3.7.2 software. The common targets of drug components and CPID were imported into String platform to build PPI network, and Cytoscape 3.7.2 software was used for visualization.Finally, the GO and KEGG pathway analysis was carried out through Matescape platform. Results: In the treatment of CPID, the core components of callicarpa nudiflora might be quercetin, luteolin, apigenin, etc., and the core targets might be AKT1, TNF,PTGS2, ESR1, etc. The related pathways involve PI3K-Akt, IL-17, NF-kappa B and other signaling pathways. Conclusion: The treatment of CPID with callicarpa nudiflora has the characteristics of multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway, and its main biological mechanism may be related to PI3K-Akt, IL-17, NF-Kappa B and other signaling pathways.
