正交试验法优选百部涂膜剂的制备工艺

摘要 目的:优选百部涂膜剂的成膜材料配比。方法:采用正交试验法优选百部涂膜剂的制备工艺。结果:通过正交试验后分析得出,15g的15%聚乙烯醇(黏度33.0~41.0mPa.s)和1g的甘油和吐温-80等体积混合物,及加浸膏的乙醇按此1∶1比例(15g)配制的成膜材料称为最佳配比。结论:经验证通过上述试验确定的制备工艺为百部涂膜剂的最佳制备工艺。 Objective:To optimize the preparation process of radix stemonae film coating agent by orthogonal test.Methods:Orthogonal test was used to optimize the preparation technology of radix stemonae film coating agent.Results:Orthogonal test analysis showed that 15 g of 15%polyvinyl alcohol(viscosity 33.0~41.0 mPa.s)and 1 g of glycerol and Tween-80 equal volume mixture,and ethanol with extractive extract in a ratio of 1:1 to form a film material was the best ratio.Conclusion:It has been verified that the preparation process determined by the above experiment is the best preparation process for radix stemonae film coating agent.
