三阴性乳腺癌的超声诊断研究进展

摘要 三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是乳腺癌的一种分子亚型,具有独特的生物学行为和临床病理特征,预后不良。超声检查具有无创无辐射、重复性好、简便易行等优点,是乳腺癌重要的影像学检查方法。近年来许多研究发现,TNBC在常规超声、超声弹性成像以及超声造影中具有某些特征性表现,并且超声可以评估TNBC新辅助化疗的疗效。本文就上述几种超声技术在TNBC诊断中的应用价值及研究进展进行综述。 Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a molecular subtype of breast cancer,with unique biological behavior and clinicopathological characteristics and poor prognosis.Ultrasonography is an important imaging method for breast cancer because of its advantages such as noninvasive,non-radiation,good repeatability,simplicity and so on.In recent years,many studies have found that TNBC had some characteristics in conventional ultrasound,ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and ultrasound can evaluate the efficacy of TNBC neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The application value and research progress of the above ultrasound techniques in TNBC diagnosis are reviewed in this paper.
