摘要
非酒精性脂肪肝在全球范围内患病率约为25%,亚洲地区高达27%且发病率逐年攀升,准确意识并诊断该病已成为临床所需要重视的问题,但目前该病的诊断金标准仍为穿刺病理活检,磁共振成像(MRI)的水脂分离技术即Dixon(multi-echo Dixon,ME Dixon)技术不仅可以测量肝脏脂肪分数,其具有无创性、可重复性等优点,在非酒精性脂肪肝的早期诊断、病情评估及疗效评价中具有重要的临床价值。就MRI水脂分离Dixon技术在肝脏脂肪定量中的研究进展予以综述,阐明其研究价值。
The global prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver is about 25%, and it is as high as 27% in Asia, and the incidence is increasing year by year.Accurate awareness and diagnosis of the disease has become a clinical issue that needs to be paid attention to, but the current gold standard for diagnosis of the disease is still puncture pathological biopsy. Dixon(multi-echo Dixon,ME Dixon) technology, which is the water-fat separation technology of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), can not only measure liver fat fraction, but also has the advantages of non-invasiveness and reproducibility, which can be used in the early diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver. It has important clinical value in disease evaluation and curative effect evaluation. The research progress of MRI water-fat separation Dixon technology in liver fat quantification is reviewed, and its research value is clarified.
