信息化背景下的公共管理类专业建设研究

Study on the Construction of the Public Administration Majors under the Background of the Informatization

信息社会的迅速发展不仅要求公共管理类专业采用现代信息化教学方式,更意味着教学内容对信息化的适应和改变。文章采用文献研究和调查法分析了高校公共管理类专业在适应信息化发展方面存在的困境,包括课程设置与信息化发展趋势结合不够紧密、现有师资的信息化知识和授课能力需要提高、缺乏提升学生信息化实践能力的平台等问题。为了解决这些问题,需要设置适应现代信息化需求的公共管理课程;采取共享资源等方式充分利用信息类学科资源;完善绩效考核体系等方式壮大师资力量;加强信息化实验室建设,与公共管理部门合作建立校外实习基地等。

The rapid development of the informatization society puts forward more challenges to the public administration majors.This article analyzes the dilemma of the public administration majors when they adapt the development of the modern intelligence technology.These dilemma includes the curriculum does not match the development of the modern intelligence technology,some stuff do not have the necessary knowledge of the informatization,the existing labs cannot meet the requirement of the modern intelligence technology.In order to solve these problems,we should set up the necessary courses according to the development of Informatization,strength the faculty by using resources of other disciplines of the university and improving the performance system,and cooperate with the public management sectors to set up the practice bases outside the university.
