PBL联合MDT教学模式在重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用研究

Application of PBL combined with MDT teaching Method in Standardized Clinical Resident Training in Department of Critical Care Medicine

目的探讨与传统教学模式比较,PBL联合MDT教学模式在重症医学科住院医师规范化培训教学的应用价值。方法以286名在昆明医科大学第二附属医院急诊重症医学科进行住院医师规范化培训的临床医师为主要研究对象,随机分为T-T组(传统教学模式,n=136),P+M组(PBL+MDT教学模式,n=150),比较2组规培医师重症医学基础理论知识及基础操作考试得分和带教满意度。结果M组重症医学基础理论知识及基础操作考试分数和带教满意度均好于T组,P<0.05。结论PBL联合MDT教学模式应用到重症医学科住院医师规范化培训教学中可明显提高规培医师的理论知识及操作考试得分,规培医师满意度高,教学质量得到提升,值得在重症医学科积极推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of PBL combined with MDT teaching mode in the standardized clinical resident training of ICU residents compared with traditional teaching mode.Method:286 residents who received standardized clinical resident training in the Department of emergency critical care medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into t group(traditional teaching mode)and M group(PBL combined with MDT teaching mode),compare the scores of basic theoretical knowledge,basic operation examination and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The scores of basic theoretical knowledge,basic operation examination and teaching satisfaction in group M were significantly better than those in group T(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL combined with MDT teaching mode in the standardized clinical training of residents in critical care medicine department can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and operation test scores of the training doctors,improve the satisfaction of the training doctors,and improve the teaching quality,which is worthy of active promotion in critical care medicine department.
