混合式教学在高职儿科护理教学中的实践

摘要 目的探讨混合式教学在高职儿科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019级护理大专2年级护生作为研究对象,随机抽取2个班作为对照组,另外2个班作为观察组,对照组采用传统方法教学,观察组采用混合式教学。采用自行设计调查量表,结合理论与技能操作考核等方式对教学效果进行综合评价。结果观察组考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护生认为,教学效果、学习兴趣、理实融合、技能掌握、解决问题、沟通交流、人文关怀、健康宣教、团队协作等得到了提高。结论混合式教学模式有助于提高高职儿科护理教学效果。 Objective:objective to explore the application effect of mixed teaching in pediatric nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges.Methods:two classes were randomly selected as the control group,and the other two classes were selected as the observation group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group used mixed teaching methods.Using self-designed questionnaire,combined with theory and skill operation assessment,the teaching effect was evaluated comprehensively.Results:the test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing students in the observation group thought that the teaching effect,learning interest,integration of theory and practice,skill mastery,problem solving,communication and exchange,humanistic care,health education and team cooperation were improved.Conclusion:the mixed teaching mode is helpful to improve the teaching effect of pediatric nursing in higher vocational colleges.
