摘要
成人斯蒂尔病临床症状复杂,证候多变,治疗本病中医辨证思维应贯穿始终。临证出现脾胃气虚,湿热郁肺,阳气不伸,阴火上扰等证候时应用升阳益胃汤;若湿热壅遏,湿重于热,三焦气化失司时应用甘露消毒丹加减。
The clinical symptoms of adult still′s disease are complex and the syndromes are varied,and TCM syndrome differentiation should be used throughout its treatment.Shengyang Yiwei Decoction should be used when there are symptoms of Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency,Damp-Heat stagnation,Yang Qi deficiency as well as and Yin-Fire disturbance upward are present.Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill should be used in Dampness and Heat case in which Dampness is more serious than Heat syndrome,with hypofunction of Three Jiao Qi transformation.
