摘要 设计了一种应用于1 kW斯特林发电机的管式加热器。换热管由288根外径2.0 mm、壁厚0.4 mm、长40.0 mm的不锈钢管组成,采用错排方式排列,中心距3.0 mm。换热管端面与加热器端面通过激光焊接连接。换热管的总传热系数为2.38107 kW/(m^(2)·K);对数平均温差为45.3 K时,加热器的总换热量为5.85 kW;换热管内的压降为373.0 Pa;采用激光焊接,换热管耐压不低于5.0 MPa,漏率低于5.0×10^(-5) Pa·m^(3)/s,满足了1 kW斯特林发电机加热器设计要求。 A tubular exchanger for 1kW Stirling generator is designed in this paper.The tubes of the heater are composed of 288 stainless steel tubes with outer diameter of 2.0 mm,wall thickness of 0.4 mm and length of 40.0 mm.The arrangement of the tubes is misarranged,the center distance between two tubes is 3.0 mm,and the end face of each tube is connected to the end face of the cooler by laser welding.The total heat transfer coefficient of the tube is 2.38107 kW/(m^(2)·K);the total heat exchange of the cooler is 5.85 kW when the logarithmic mean temperature difference is 45.3 K;the pressure drop in the tube is 373.0 Pa;by laser welding,the pressure resistance of the tubes is not less than 5.0 MPa,and the leakage rate is lower than 5.0×10^(-5)Pa·m^(3)/s.This design meets the design requirements of the heater of 1 kW Stirling generator.
