针对军校学员的教学分析及混合式教学改革

Teaching Analysis and Mixed Teaching Reform for Military Cadets

军校作为一种特殊的院校,其教育模式与普通大学有很大区别。而作为军校中的本科学员,更是与普通大学本科生有所区别。为培育合格的军校学员,有必要对教学方法进行研究。按照“三位一体”新型军事人才培养体系,针对军校学员的特点,分别从教学设计、教学模式及教学调控等方面,分析对军校学员的教学方法,并给出了部分建议。另外,针对新冠肺炎疫情的影响,分析了符合军校特色的线上线下混合式教学模式,以适应信息化教学改革的目的。

As a special college,military academies are very different from ordinary universities.As the undergraduate students in the military academy training,it is even different from the ordinary university undergraduates.In order to develop qualified cadets,it is necessary to study the teaching methods of the cadets.According to the“new trinity”military talent training system,according to the characteristics of military students,we analyzed the teaching methods from the teaching design,teaching mode and teaching regulation,and gave some suggestions.In addition,in view of the impact of COVID-19,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode in line with the characteristics of military academies is analyzed,in order to adapt to the purpose of information teaching reform.
