技能大赛赋能高职工科类实践教学研究 被引量:4

摘要 依据《2019中国高等职业教育质量年度报告》,分析高职院校工科类实践教学面临的困境与存在的问题,结合广东轻工职业技术学院食品营养与检测专业实践教学实际情况,以全国职业院校技能大赛“农产品质量安全检测”赛项竞赛指南为依据,从技能大赛赋能实践教学目标定位、师资团队构建、教学模式与教学方法改革、引领思想政治教育进实践课堂等方面进行了探索与实践。结果表明对提升高职教育质量效果良好,希望为其他高职院校实施技能大赛赋能工科类实践教学改革提供参考。 According to the 2019 China Higher Vocational Education Quality Annual Report,combining with the teaching practice in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic Food Nutrition and Testing major in GDIP,this paper analyzes the plight and the existing problems of engineering practice teaching in higher vocational colleges.Basing on the competition guidelines of“the Safety Testing for Agricultural Products”,one of the National Vocational Students Skills Competitions,some explorations and practice have been made and been proved effective,such as teaching goal orientation,teaching team construction,teaching mode and teaching method reform and integrating ideology and politics into the classroom.The results show that it has a good effect on improving the quality of higher vocational education,It is hoped to provide reference for other vocational colleges to implement the skill competition empowering practical teaching reform.
