高校人才培养模式多元化形势下,如何使学生的学业指导个性化,成为高校普遍关注的问题。高校将教学管理与学业指导相结合,促进教与学之间高效衔接,是解决教学管理问题和满足学生培养差异化需求的必然取向,成为培养高质量人才和多元化发展的必要条件。根据“教学导”一体化理念,以学校B-S架构方式建构的教学管理系统和学业智慧指导平台的对接应用为例,进行理论与实践研究,为高校教学管理探索获取极大的推广应用价值。

Under the situation of diversified talent training mode in universities,how to solve the individualization of students’academic guidance has become a common problem in colleges and universities.Universities combining teaching management and academic guidance has become a necessary condition to cultivate the quality of talents and adapt to diversified development,because of promoting the efficient connection between teaching and learning,and the inevitable trend to solve the existing teaching management problems and meet the differentiated needs of students in training.According to the integration concept of“teaching guidance”,and taking the docking and application of teaching management system and academic wisdom guidance platform as an example,the article carries out theoretical and practical research to obtain great promotion and application value for the exploration of teaching management in colleges and universities.
