“企业理论”作为工商管理专业的重要课程,其逻辑思路与传统经济学的思维有很大差异,强调知识的互联互通,从多角度剖析企业机理,是管理学和经济学两门学科建立重要联系的桥梁。课程根据专业培养目标和课程育人功能与教学过程相统一的需求,动态完善教学设计和教学实施,并设立了“五位一体”的教学模式。同时,以理论知识与思想政治案例为载体,引导学生树立服务国家发展的理想信念,使商科学生深入了解新时代背景下我国经济的发展历程与现状,不断强化学生的诚信精神、社会责任意识与创新意识。

Enterprise Theory is a principal course of business management.Its logical thinking is very different from that of traditional economics.It emphasizes the interconnection of knowledge,analyzes the enterprise mechanism from multiple angles,and establishes a bridge between the two disciplines of management and economics.In accordance with the needs to integrate the training and educational goals with the teaching process,the course dynamically improves the teaching design and teaching implementation,establishing a five-in-one teaching model.At the same time,the course uses the theoretical knowledge and ideological and political cases as the carrier to guide students to establish ideals and beliefs to serve the development of the country.Through this course,business students can deeply understand the history and current situation of the country’s economic development in the background of the new era,and continuously strengthen their integrity,social responsibility and innovation consciousness.
