摘要
该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对泰州市高等院校学生体质测试情况进行了较为全面的调研。结果显示:学校层面对此项工作没有足够的重视,测试之前的宣传效果不足;学生对体质测试没有足够的重视;测试仪器的准度不够精细;测试结果对学生体育成绩的影响不大;测试结束没有形成有效的测试报告或制定有效的运动处方。建议:各高校应成立专门的机构,形成不同部门联动机制;强化制度执行力度,全面落实国家政策;着力加强体质测试之前的宣传,引导学生正确认识、足够重视;提高学生体质测试仪器的准入门槛,严把测试仪器质量关,确保测试结果的真实性;加强学校体育部门的服务意识,搭建有效的服务平台,以科学的运动处方推动对学生锻炼的促进;严格实行体测结果与体育成绩评定“挂钩”、评奖评优“挂钩”等。
By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the physical fitness test of college students in Taizhou.The results show:the school no pay enough attention to this work,and the publicity effect before the test is insufficient;the students themselves do not pay enough attention to the physical fitness test;the access of test instruments is not f ine enough;the quality of the test equipment is not good enough.The results of the test have little influence on the students'sports performance;there is no effective test report or effective exercise prescription at the end of the test.Suggestions:all colleges should strengthen the publicity before the physical fitness test,guide students to have a correct understanding and pay enough attention to it;all colleges should improve the access threshold of students'physical fitness test instruments,strictly control the quality of test instruments,and ensure the authenticity of test results;strengthen the service consciousness of school physical education department,build an effective service mechanism,and promote students'exercise through sports prescription and physique promotion service;strengthen the formulation and implementation of physical fitness test system,and implement the link between test results and sports performance evaluation,and between test results and awards.
