枢纽型体育社会组织研究进展

Research Progress of Hub Sports Social Organization

该研究采用文献资料法、实地考察法等对当前关于枢纽型体育社会组织的研究进行梳理和归纳,旨在全面了解枢纽型体育社会组织的研究进展,进一步丰富研究思路。研究发现:现有研究主要聚焦在枢纽型体育社会组织的产生与发展、功能、分类、实践形态和现存问题等方面,研究者在理论和实证研究均有涉及。研究认为:枢纽型体育社会组织在政府和组织间还存在利益冲突;要正确认识枢纽型体育社会组织功能作用,搭建枢纽交流平台;政府应加大力度培育枢纽型体育社会组织,重视品牌塑造。

This study uses the methods of literature and field investigation to sort out and summarize the current research on the hub sports social organization,in order to fully understand the research progress of the hub sports social organization and further enrich the research ideas.It is found that the existing research mainly focuses on the emergence and development,function,classification,practice form and existing problems of hub sports social organizations,and the researchers are involved in both theoretical and empirical research.The research shows that there are still conflicts of interest between the government and organizations in the hub sports social organization;we should correctly understand the function of hub sports social organization and build a hub communication platform;the government should strengthen the cultivation of hub sports social organizations and pay attention to brand building.
