摘要
目的:探讨锚钉锁定钢板的生物力学性能。方法:将样品分为三组(空心螺钉、大结节钢板、锚钉锁定钢板)每组包含五个样品。锚钉锁定钢板为实验组,空心螺钉、大结节钢板为对照组。采用电子式万能试验机对每组样品进行静态拉伸测试,并记录样品失效时最大承受力,对数据进行方差分析和显著性检验。结果:锚钉锁定钢板组相对于空心螺钉无明显统计学差异(p=0.34),与相对于大结节钢板组具有明显的统计学优势(p<0.05)。结论:锚钉锁定钢板相对于大结节钢板具有良好的生物力学性能。
Objective:To explore the biomechanical properties of anchor locking steel plates.Method The samples were divided into three groups(hollow screw,large nodular steel plate,and anchor locking steel plate).Each group contained five samples.The anchor-locking steel plate was the experimental group,and the hollow screw and large nodular steel plate were the control group.The electronic universal testing machine is used to conduct static tensile test on each group of samples and record the maximum endurance when the sample fails,and perform variance analysis and significance test on the data.Results There was no significant statistical difference between the anchor locking plate group and the hollow screw(p=0.34),and the anchor locking plate group had a significant statistical advantage over the large nodule plate group(p<0.05).Conclusion The anchor locking steel plate has good biomechanical properties compared to the large nodule steel plate.
