摘要
安装在轧机重型万向联轴器十字包,其十字轴上的四个剖分式轴承座把合面的止口圆,因圆弧的圆心角都只有80°,不足整圆的1/4,是典型的大半径短圆弧的复杂零件。本文通过对常规检测方法的解析,研究出坐标系平移固定直径法,同时结合轴承座上各元素的布局开展实际测量并程序化,顺利解决了止口圆直径的精确测量问题。
The cross package of heavy-duty universal coupling installed in the rolling mill is a typical complex part with large radius and short arc,because the four split bearing seats on the cross shaft of the joint surface are only 80°,less than 1/4 of the whole circle.In this paper,through the analysis of the conventional detection method,the translation of the coordinate system fixed diameter method,combined with the layout of the elements on the bearing seat to carry out the actual measurement and programming,successfully solved the accurate measurement of the diameter of the stop circle.
