摘要
对长度工作计量器具常用的检定/校准装置都是各自独立的一体机,本研究摒弃了传统产品采用的钢制材料,大胆采用了花岗岩材料设计制造检测装置的核心构件(如大尺寸高精度花岗岩平台、立柱、导轨等)。由于花岗岩的比重仅是钢材的1/3,设计制造出的检测装置构件的基面面积较大,平面度好,使得检测装置的主机与精密工作台面可以分体设计制造,且各自的主机可共用大尺寸高精度花岗岩平台,因此组成积木式多功能长度计量检测平台成为最佳设计方案。
For the verification of length measuring instruments,the commonly used verification/calibration devices are all independent integrated machines.In this study,the traditional products are made of steel materials,but granite materials are boldly used to design and manufacture the core components of the detection devices,such as large-size high-precision granite platforms,columns,guide rails,etc.The specific gravity of granite is only 1/3 of that of steel.The designed and manufactured components of the testing device have large base area and good flatness,which makes the host machine and precision work table of the testing device can be designed and manufactured separately,and their hosts can share a large-size and high-precision granite platform,which makes it the best design scheme to form a building block type multifunctional length measurement and testing platform.
