This paper introduces the development status and development environment of middle and small-sized enterprises in Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Area.In view of the problems of middle and small-sized enterprises development,it puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the sustainable development of middle and small-sized enterprises from the aspects of supporting them to enhance innovation ability,guiding them to achieve agglomeration development,improving the service system of middle and small-sized enterprises and so on.
