摘要
本文对工程教育认证与自动化专业人才培养需求的契合进行了阐述,提出自动化专业人才的培养应紧密围绕"学生中心,产出导向,持续改进"等核心理念,积极转变思维和专业建设逻辑,并建立循环可控的质量监控机制,以实现自动化专业人才培养的可持续性发展,为国家工业战略和工程行业发展提供高质量的人才保障,同时增强我国工程教育的国际化认可和竞争力。
This paper expounds the combination of engineering education certification and the needs of automation talent cultivation,proposes that automation talent cultivation should closely focus on the core concepts of"student-centered,output-based and continuous improvement",actively change the thinking and specialty construction logic,and establish a circular and controllable quality monitoring mechanism to achieve the sustainable development of automation talent cultivation,provide high-quality talents for national industrial strategy and engineering industry development and enhance the international recognition and competitiveness of engineering education.
