校企合作理念下现代学徒制探索与实践研究——以三门峡职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Modern Apprenticeship Based on the Concept of School-Enterprise Cooperation——Taking the Tourism Management Major of Sanmenxia Polytechnic as an Example

本文阐述了三门峡职业技术学院旅游管理专业现代学徒制的开展现状,分析发展中存在的问题,并提出了解决办法:校企加强沟通交流,解除企业后顾之忧;加强校企互聘共用师资队伍建设;推动招生招工一体化建设;打破思想禁锢,创造条件灵活组织教学;建立多方参与的考核评价机制。以此助推该专业现代学徒制的开展,并期望对其他专业现代学徒制的开展提供借鉴。

This paper expounds the present situation of modern apprenticeship in tourism management major of Sanmenxia Polytechnic,points out the existing problem and puts forward solutions,including strengthening the communication between the school and the enterprise to relieve the worries of enterprise,building the teaching staff,promoting the integrated construction of enrollment and recruitment,breaking the thought imprison to create the condition to organize teaching flexibly,establishing an assessment and evaluation mechanism with multiple participation,so as to promote the development of modern apprenticeship of tourism management major,and provide a reference for other majors.
